Colour Printing Workshop

Have you ever wondered how they used to print colour photographs just from negatives back in the day? How is it possible to transfer the magic of colour film photography into a physcial print without scanning the image digitally? Doka Americaine welcomes you to come and find out for yourself with a brand new colour printing workshop!

In this workshop we will go over the basics of colour photography, both in terms of exposing your film and naturally how you print your colout film. This workshop will cover the basics of darkroom printing and start to get you familiar with colour balancing. We will cover the chemistry needed, how to mix it, the type of paper we are going to use, how to use a colour enlarger and how to actually make a colour print.
